• Design and execute the stakeholder engagement programs and build multilateral partnership projects
Major Functions of the Position
-Plan sustainability program strategy and programs based on communication with programs and partnership division
- Design the multilateral corporate engagement programs through bilateral and multilateral partnership programs
-Manage the delivery of corporate engagements for variable types of engagements.
- Manage the stakeholder relationships in focused sectors
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The Sustainability Program Officer in Partnership & Program team works in Seoul, Korea. And works as a full-time member of Partnership & Program team under the supervision of Partnership & Program division director, he/she is responsible to
Plan & Execution
-Design the Program division’s strategy and programs in detail (purpose, description, approach, target companies, work plan, expected outcomes etc.) under the supervision of the director of partnerships and programs.
-Support the delivery of objectives and outcomes for key projects in the department in variable types of engagement events such as round tables, workshops, and conferences.
-Oversee and lead the collection and analysis of market intelligence data to support the development and delivery of the programs strategy, corporate engagement strategies, and other relevant project activities. This includes overseeing consultants for outsourced projects where needed.
-Identify target companies and develop engagement strategies for relevant industries or markets (Relevant sector may include agricultural commodities, food and beverage, or consumer goods)
-Monitoring and evaluating related initiatives and activities and keeping updated with current industry trends for sustainable market transformation
-Coordinate with external organizations to up-scale corporate engagement efforts and identify collaboration and aligned engagement opportunities
-Manage account relationships with key accounts for each program and actively participate in corporate engagement events to expand the network
-Actively identify funding opportunities to secure the financial stability of programs
-Coordinate with WWF network, academics and alliances to develop and implement the division’s strategy and activities
-Manage communication needs of the division and align with the Marketing & Communication team. Also, coordinate with external agencies and vendors for research projects, events or for the production of marketing and communication materials.

Qualification & Experience
-Bachelor’s (or higher) degree needed
-Knowledge of research tools and methodology
-Minimum 5 years of professional job experience in project management, business research, or strategy development
-Experiences in working with team and collaborating teams in enterprises needed
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Korean
-Strong leadership with clear task ownership and issue handling skills
-Ability to collect and analyze useful data and information
-Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
-Effective computer and office tools skills.

-Commitment to, and demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
-Ability to work unsupervised, in a rapidly changing environment
-Specialized in environment, international affairs or business management related to corporate social value or sustainable business, corporate environment management is preferred.
-Working experiences in government agencies, large or medium scale of companies, or other relevant organizations are preferred.
-Internal: As part of the Partnership & Program team, works with Partnership & Program team director. Collaborate with climate & energy team, communication team, and WWF international networks
-External: Corporate partners, private sector stakeholders, external professional service organizations, subject matter experts in domestic market, governments or marketing agencies
Type of contract
1 year Fixed term (following 3 months probationary period)
According to the fixed term review, extended contract can be offered.
